PC-98 via OBS heavy lagging

Hi, i have a real PC-98 hooked up via BNC (https://krugman.net/ossc/) to the OSSC to an Elgato HD60S+ into my PC running OBS 32.1.2 on Linux Bazzite.

Here is a showcase video of how laggy the input it. I know i can have many reason. I believe OBS and the Elgato aren’t Problem as they work fine with other devices (like a PS5) and the PC-98 also runs fine on a regular (albeit old) monitor:

And here are all my settings. Any help or suggestions are appreciated.

If I should post any other information, please let me know. I’m not a total noob to this, but I am also far from an expert. 🙂

Does the capture card properly support 55Hz sources and is capture framerate adjusted accordingly?
