      As I have two scart cables I did remove R19 in one of them, it does work perfectly! Thank you again! Still wondering what this really does though.

        It seems removing the resistor would just change the sync voltage.

        Try changing Analog sync Vth in Sync options instead.

          Well that works too! Starting from 191 mV and upwards. Should I set the lowest value compatible or set it higher?

            Yea set it at the lowest value that keeps a stable sync.

                @nexus45 As a bonus, your 3085 cable with R19 removed is now compatible with japanese Megadrive 1 (All model 1 in theory) ^^

                Nice! I didn’t knew that there is an option in the OSSC menu for this purpose.
