RGB NTSC NES shaking top screen?

      Hiya,

      I have a RGB modded NES and the top part of the screen is shaking a little bit.

      My PAL RGB NES doesn’t have this problem.

      I tried changing some settings, but I can’t seem to fix it. Any ideas?

        You need the de-jitter mod to eliminate that. NTSC mode has a shorter scanline every 2nd frame, but not PAL NES/SNES so it is unaffected.

          Thanks for the reply! I thought dejitter had something to with the Hertz and it was just; it works or it doesn’t. I haven’t noticed any shaking on my SNES jr. Will look into it thanks.

            You don’t see it on the SNES because the short scanline is farther from the first visible line. On the NES however, the short scanline immediately precedes the first visible line.
