      Hi,

I’m looking to get my Sega MDII modded with a region/language switch and maybe a cpu overclock switch

is this something you guys are looking into offering at some point?

      thanks

Certainly the region mod is, not sure about overclocking (it’s a bit risky and I don’t think we could really put a warranty on a console that’d been overclocked). However, every time we think we have a quiet spell coming up to research into it, something else comes along!

Ah if its on your radar, and its just a matter of finding the time then I guess I’ll just wait and see

I can fully appreciate the desire to do a project and not being able to find the time!

I dont know how much information/research counts as “enough” before you’d embark on offering a mod service

If I supplied the PIC with the Code on it?

We’re making some progress behind the scenes with this and should have an announcement within the next couple of weeks.

Nice one! I’ll try and get that and the PSIO reviewed this week.
