      I have a Model 1 US Saturn, and the Retro Gaming Cables component cable.
      Compared to their Genesis/Megadrive 1 cable that I also use… which is perfect both in the OSSC and directly to my 4KTV (it handles 240p pretty decently), the Saturn image is very bright to the point of looking washed out.

      To compare, I ran the S-video cable through the Koryuu and those colors look correct to my eyes, without having to adjust.
      Is it something with the Saturn RGB signal? Or the cables?

      I’ve made adjustments on the TV picture settings to get the colors closer to what I see on S-Video, but it’s still not quite right.

        I’ve not heard any other reports of this, have you asked Rob at Retro Gaming Cables directly?

          I just figured this out! The issue was the input on my component matrix switcher. For some reason, that specific one is super bright.
