      Hi,

      I’ve come across an issue where the OSSC seems to catch the synch but there is no picture being registered by my el gato. The setup looks like this:

      Kiki Kaikai (Arcade PCB) in an Astro City arcade cabinet>NAC Splitfire> OSSC Pro> El Gato 4K S

      and the text on the OSSC reads:

      AV3_RGBCS 263-p x5a
      15.57 kHz 59.18 Hz

      if I replace Kiki Kaikai with Deathsmiles, I do get picture and the text reads:

      AV3_RGBCS 262-p x5a

      15.72 kHz 60.01Hz

      With Kiki Kaikai, all 3 lights are on. Red, green, and  blue.

      Any tips would be appreciated. Thank you. I’m hoping to live-stream Kiki Kaikai for an event in a couple of days.

        The red LED in an indicator of a sync issue (not related to refresh rate). Which Ossc Pro revision do you have or when it was purchased? Sync slicing / filtering settings are limited as you’re using TTL sync input, but you can try increasing Pre and Post Coast. If that doesn’t help, try scaler mode with “framelock off (60Hz)” setting + fixed 4:3 aspect.
