I would assume so. I had one of the last 1.5 models as I was in audio batch 4 or 5.
No the test pattern isnt showing up either. I had a friend of mine take a look and he said none of the fuses on the board were blown. He also checked continuity on the dvi connection and said it was fine. Is there a way to test the chips with a multimeter or would you need an oscilloscope?
All good now. Narrowed it down to a dud usb power supply. Its working perfectly now. Thanks trying to help. ☺
Unfortunatly I have no other current way to input through scart. I might try to get a scart to component adapter tomorrow to test it out. I’ve had the hydra for a couple of months now as I was preparing for the ossc. If it’s faulty I’ve heard the manufacturer. Is pretty good with returns, I just can’t think of what else it could be.
Yes I’ve cycled through all the inputs. It works fine when I’m plugged directly into the ossc.
