      Thanks for getting back.
      The cables for these are after market and all have a label on the scart head that has a tick box with c sync or Lima sync. That all have the tick in c sync. They are quality cables and have all been fine until I decided I would like to use them on the 4k TV (hence the interest in ossc)

        As an addition, it is only these consoles. The SNES, Dreamcast and GameCube all function properly on the same input.
        The consoles also all function properly on my CRT

          There is no option for centering.
          From what I understand it is because the leads are using c for sync rather than Luma.
          I was wondering whether the ossc can handle this and output without the shift.
