Thanks BlueStinger 🙂
Yesterday I tried all *-aud firmwares from 0.74 to 0.82. I’d be interesting BlueStinger tries 0.81-aud version to see if he can listen something.
I’m using the “-aud” version. If I plug the OSSC to my tv (Samsung Nu8005) sound is working OK. It’s something in Xbox One Guide software.
I’ve just tried to stream something and… OneGuide can’t let you stream content. If I run a game, I can stream it, but if I change to OneGuide, the streaming stops. So… case closed. 🙂
I tried all firmware versions with the same result, no sound. It’s a shame because I haven’t a capture card and because of the Christmas I wanted to do an streaming of retrogaming with a college for a small podcast (it’s in spanish) that we are doing.
Yep! Input lag seems to be almost perfect. I’m testing it with Ikaruga and it’s great.
I’ll try with another firmware to discover if sound works.
Ver 0.74: No sound.
Ver 0.75: No sound.
Ver 0.76: No sound.
Ver 0.77: No sound.
Ver 0.78: No sound.
Ver 0.79: No sound.
Ver 0.80: No sound.
Ver 0.81: No sound.
Ver 0.82: No sound.
Thanks for the answers, marqs!
In the future, I’d like to help to improve the OSSC, or even make something related with old machines and FPGAs.
I also have the DE1 board but I’m still a newbie in this matters.
