I did see the guide on this page, but I went with the one retroRGB, lifting pins and adding in the pull resistors seemed less risky than cutting traces, and seemed to be the way most installs of the mod were going (not that you see this board much anymore since the triple bypass).
I’m getting a picture now, putting CYSNC back to stock was the fix, as the bypass board SYNC and my SCART cable didn’t get along. I am definitely going to clean up some of those connections for sure.
