Yeah really don’t want use cheap upscaler thought I could chuck it. Thanks bud love ossc think I might need a new tv lol. Just didn’t know if there was any magic settings I could play with on the ossc to get it through the tv.
Plus it won’t even pass through it’s really weird, the hdmi requirements for resolution and signal display must be more strict than scart connection.
It’s mad it works fine hooking up mvs via scart to tv absolutely fine, put it through OSSC and no signal. I’ve looked at the screen when it’s going through he hdmi upscaler and it’s outputting a 1279x723p signal just out of range. It differs a few points if I play with settings I’ve got it to 1279×720 but the tv just doesn’t like it. The refresh once out of the hdmi upscaler is 60hz but from the the OSSC it is 59.37/43 the upscaler takes it to 60hz. I thought that might be the issue but mvs via scart to tv works fine and that is obviously outputting at that range.
