Available now (handled by our partners BetaGamma Computing in Greece). Please allow for shipping and processing delays due to slow post in Europe and technical issues at the Greek post office. UK customers MUST e-mail us first about ANY mod work (except NI).
All repair/modification work is carried out subject to our terms and conditions. Arcade hardware repairs are subject to the additional terms and conditions explained at the bottom of this page. Once you have placed your order, details of where to ship your hardware will be sent to your e-mail address. Prices do NOT include return postage.
Important! Before ordering this service please contact us to discuss your hardware and the nature of the fault it has.
Have your arcade PCBs professionally repaired and serviced by a technician with many years experience working with all kinds of hardware (click here for an example of a recent project). Bring your classic coin-op titles back to life or add new features, because there’s nothing like the authentic arcade PCB! The price here covers basic inspection/fault finding only. Most PCB repairs will require additional fees for a full repair, for parts or for further fault finding. Due to the age and fragile nature of arcade PCBs, please note that a successful repair cannot be guaranteed. The €34.50 is to be considered an inspection fee and is non-refundable even if a repair cannot be undertaken with your hardware.
This service is for arcade/PCB hardware only, including JAMMA Supergun type hardware. Unfortunately we are unable to service vector-based arcade games or any boards older than Space Invaders (1978).
Additional terms and conditions
Please be aware of the additional terms and conditions for arcade PCB repair. Due to the fragile and temperamental nature of many arcade PCBs, these additional terms are unfortunately necessary.
Inspection fee – Unlike console repairs, where we may waive the inspection fee if a fault is very easy to diagnose, arcade PCB repairs always require you to pay a non-refundable inspection fee, even if we determine the fault cannot be repaired.
Additional fees – Most repairs will require you to pay additional fees that we will discuss with you after receiving the PCB and performing the initial inspection. There may be instances where additional fees are required and we still cannot guarantee a successful repair. We will of course explain this to you before continuing with the repair attempt, allowing you to decide if you want to take the risk.
Warranty – Although we still guarantee our PCB repair work for 6 months, as per console repairs, please understand that PCBs can develop other, unrelated faults after a successful repair. Due to the age of PCBs and their unknown history (voltages that they have been run at, temperatures, general environmental conditions, etc) there is nothing we can do about this. If your arcade hardware fails within warranty, you must purchase another repair/inspection service and ship the board to us. If we find the fault is due to our work, we will fix it free of charge and refund you the additional €34.50 inspection fee. Otherwise, we will treat it as a new repair and proceed accordingly with the same charges as listed above.
