SNES and Super Famicom cartridges use a battery backed up memory file for storing save games. Unfortunately, as you might expect, this battery won’t last forever. Once the battery is exhausted, you will no longer be able to save your progress in your game. With this service, we’ll replace the battery on your cartridge, giving you many more years of gameplay on your classic titles.

Please note – This standard service does not include backup of existing save games. If you are interested in ways to preserve your old save data before having the battery replaced, please contact us first.
