Eliminate once and for all that annoying audible buzz sound you get even on the most expensive Super Nintendo SCART cables when the screen shows a bright image. This service upgrades your console to output digital audio by replacing the RF modulator with a SPDIF/TOSLink output port and/or a Coax audio port (a small case modification is also required to accommodate the slightly larger TOSLink connector).
Please note – Unfortunately the SNES does not output a standard optical audio signal and some amplifiers/digital audio converters may not be compatible. The only way to know if your equipment is compatible is to test it. As we’re only a small company please understand that we cannot offer refunds on fitted components if your amp/home theatre system turns out to be incompatible.
