Is the laser in your Sony PlayStation 2 console starting to fail? If so, we can replace it with a new one that should give your console a new lease of life. The price above includes both the laser and the fitting.
Note that replacing lasers in retro consoles may not always fix disc reading problems. Other issues (such as bad capacitors) can also cause the console to struggle to read discs.
This service is for any model of PS2, including the PS2 slim.

PS2 Laser was fixed as requested, and yes it does now load original discs that it wouldnt even start to read before.
Slight disappointment in that the machine has a Messiah mod fitted, when the drive last worked it would boot all backups that I had. Now it wont read or start any of them (even freshly made DVD+R or DVD-R)
I know its probably not strictly in the scope of the service on offer, but I just assumed it would come back all singing all dancing like it used to be….
