Well, it definitely seems to be at least partially a sharpness issue. Turning down my TV’s sharpness down to 0 almost gets rid of the issue. I can also turn on my TV’s Game Mode, which does fix the issue, but my TV’s Game Mode can only do 16:9. So I have to see if it’s possible to fudge a 4:3 output from the OSSC at 4x line mode. 3x line mode does give me a 4:3 picture with Game Mode, at least, but it’d be cool to have 4x line mode working at 4:3 for the extra sharp pixels.
