Thanks – I will see if there are any of those around.
How do you find the input lag on that tv?
I’ve been reading up quite a bit based on what you and leewrigley have been saying and I think OLED is the way to go. I just had good experiences with the samsungs and wanted to keep it going.
That’s great – a big thanks to both of you. All my lines are in those ranges so should be okay.
Just checked back in on this thread today – appreciate the in depth responses.
I don’t doubt anything that has been said here, but just had a few follow ups:
@ leewrigly – when you said try to get a 2018 tv, what’s the issue with the 2019’s? poor quality in comparison? Is there an Oled you would recommend with low input lag in place of a samsung/ Sony X90f?
@ Steo – the B8 – that’s the LG correct? do you have a model# for that one – maybe I will see if I can find it.
Does the Sega work with the retrovision cables right into the TV with component? (if your tv has component)
Actually that helped quite a bit. They really are so close in alot of ways but I think I will wait until boxing day – they might even have some new tech out by then or at least a huge price drop.
Thanks!
What kind of Model 1? NTSC?
Any mod work done on this unit? Any luck with the Composite out/Yellow RCA?
Only other thing I can recommend if the OSSC is working with other consoles, is to reset all the settings and save that to a profile and go from there.
