      Thank you! I think I will stick to VGA because I am sending the signal from my toro to my extron, and my dreamcast is a bit far away from my rack. It is much easier (and cheaper) to find a long quality 15-pin to BNC cable than a SCART to BNC. Hopefully I can dial it in well! Thanks again!

        Thanks Bucko! That did it! I am assuming I cannot pass any audio through the HDMI in this mode. What audio options do I have for outputting my audio coming through my OSSC via SCART?

          Yes, I have tried every HDMI input on the TV, several different HDMI cables and different line multiplication modes on the OSSC. Everything I have tried so far results in no signal at all.
