Datapath VisionAV.  NES/SNES works flawlessly up to 5x.  Genesis both interlaced and non-interlaced work fine, and resolution switching is damn instantaneous (literally instant) even at 4x for both so long as the generic profile is used.  Using FireBrandX’s optimized timings just do not work at all with interlaced.  Sadly, stay the hell away from it if you’re a Linux user.  I’ve had issues with the driver crashing my machine left and right when using it either with the OSSC or via direct capture.

I’d like to add that the EVGA XR1 Pro is compatible, but with a few caveats.  First one being that for 256×240 optimized to work, the horizontal fractional sample rate MUST be set to 0.50 or the device will fire up a “not supported” screen (I believe this may apply to anyone using the regular XR1 or XR1 Lite as well).   Resolution changes are incredibly-slow however based on my testing with my Amiga 1200 going from HiRes-Laced Workbench to a game that uses Low-Res and a DOS game that uses a custom mode (takes five seconds each time).  Surprisingly, MS-DOS works great overall, including 70Hz.  I’d say in general this is fine, unless you’re speedrunning or recording anything that changes resolutions.  Not great at all for that.
