Hey all. I recieved my Elgato Cam Link 4K today. Someone had reccomended I get the standard Cam Link, and someone else had separately reccomended something 4K compatible as they usually play nicer with the OSSC’s odd resolutions. Well, I put 2 and 2 together and came up with 0, as the Cam Link 4K does not work with any singular resolution from my NESRGB, which was what I was mainly going to be using it for. The only time I even get a signal is from 1x, and it’s extremely unstable, definitely not fit for recording.
Maybe I’m doing something wrong, maybe I don’t know enough about the OSSC, but I would imagine I could still get SOMETHING regardless.
Maybe I should have gone for the standard, as it would have likely been cheaper as well…
