I found a cool guide that I think everyone here would like to know.
If your capture card is a bit finicky about the ossc X5 mode, connect it thought a xbox one and back to the capture card.

Apprently the xbox one is able to spit out a processed hdmi picuture that most capture cards are able to use.
I’ve tested it with my Avermedia Extremecap u3 and it work!
