OSSC Repair Service

Available now (handled by our partners BetaGamma Computing in Greece). Please allow for shipping and processing delays due to slow post in Europe and technical issues at the Greek post office. UK customers MUST e-mail us first about ANY mod work (except NI).

Important – We recommend this service ONLY for customers in the EU. Import taxes and other fees will usually mean the repair isn’t cost effective for customers sending from outside the EU.

All repair/upgrade work is carried out subject to our terms and conditions. Once you have placed your order, details of where to ship your hardware will be sent to your e-mail address. Prices do NOT include return postage. To estimate return postage we recommend Parcel2Go.

Has your OSSC broken down out of warranty? Perhaps you connected the wrong power supply to the unit and now it won’t turn on, or displays an “INIT ERROR” on the LCD? Whatever the problem, we can repair most OSSC faults in our workshop.

Note that the price given above is for inspection and basic fault fixing only. Additional fees may apply to cover parts or additional labour for more difficult repairs, but we will e-mail you before going ahead with those.

Note that unfortunately the inspection fee is non-refundable, even if your OSSC is beyond economical repair.
