      Hi guys!
I didn’t use my ossc for a while because i moved to another place.
I have a new TV since a couple of months and decided to connect my new TV, OSSC and my Wii(Wii->component cable->OSSC->TV).
My new TV (Sony XH9005 65″) seems to support really all possible Resolutions on the Wii/GC/Virtual Console stuff(x3,3x,4x,etc…). But to be honest the difference is not that big here. I mean there are definetely some differences but they are hard to notice at times. Im using the “original” size mode in my TV settings wich seems to keep the size without streching the picture(But I have black bars).
If i strech the picture it looks worse but i suppose that is not intended when using an ossc anyway? Does anyobody else have experiences with this TV or a similar model?

I was testing the monitor of a friend.
This one has the most promising results so far.
In some games line doubling wasnt really noticeable at all but in others it made quite a difference.
I tried the The Legend of Zelda Collection because there are some old games on there as well like TLOZ NES/II Links Adventure/OOT.
Ocarina of Time was a huge difference and looked much better with Line4X.
Super Mario Galaxy 1,2 and Super Smash Bros. Brawl also looked better than before.
It wasnt really noticeable in Skyward Sword(probably because of the strange art style) and in the gamecube version of Need For Speed Hot Pursuit 2.

        Tested on Wii(PAL)

I did some testing with my Nintendo Wii(PAL) using a component cable.
I also tried some games in GC-Mode.
Tested with an OSSC 1.6 on FW 0.85.
          Here are the results:

Unfortunately the picture did get more blurry on my LG TV when I multiplied lines.
The colors got much better but the picture was sharper on passthru.
I tried to turn off the enhancement-settings on my TV.
The monitor on the other hand didnt even work with 480px2 wich is really disappointing.
I heard that G-Sync monitors have problems with OSSC, so maybe thats the cause.
Now I’m searching for a second monitor just for OSSC and my Wii but I dont know what I should buy…

Can you recommend me a 27″ monitor that works perfectly with 480×2 and 480i/576ix4 that i still can buy for instance on amazon?
Or is there anything else i can do?
