After some troubleshooting I’ve managed to find the source of the problem.
The R9 resistor was badly soldered, the missing connection was on the ground side this is why I still had a visible image.
Here are some pictures I took with my camera.
* AV2 – Wii – YPbPr component
* AV2 – PS2 – YPbPr component
* AV1 – same PS2 – RGB SCART
I’ve managed to solder most of the surface mount components, however I’m stuck with the “ESD Suppressors / TVS Diodes”. I tried to solder one, I’ve managed to destroy it instead of soldering it. The images that d0pefish posted are not accessible.
Could someone help me ? I’m also looking for a place when I could buy one of these without a minimal order amount, as I don’t have anything else to order on mouser …

I’m interested by the remote as well because I forgot to order one with the kit. I’m from France so shipping shouldn’t be too expensive.

So the only remaining totally unavailable part is IRM-V538/TR1 (even on eBay I couldn’t find it)
