MBC3000 RTC GBC Cartridge V4

The MBC3000 V4 RTC (real time clock) cartridge is a flash cartridge for software developers, enthusiasts and tinkerers who are interested in exploring the world of Game Boy and Game Boy Color bootlegs, ROM hacks or software development.

Unlike competing products, the MBC3000 is fully compatible with games requiring a real time clock, such as the Pokémon series. In order to program new software onto the cartridge, or to dump the existing cartridge contents, you need a Joey Jr or similar device.

• Hard gold plated cart contacts
• 8mbytes ROM accessible in MBC5 mode
• 128kbytes FRAM available in MBC5 mode
• 2x 64kbytes FRAM available in MBC3/30 mode
• Dual Real Time Clocks (RTC)
• DIP switches to change mapper modes/ROM selection
• Low profile battery for better OEM shell fitment
• Up to 2 ROMs and save files on the one cart
• Coin cell not required to retain save file – only for RTC
• Compatible with Pokémon Stadium 1&2 (N64 transfer pack)
• Compatible with Pokémon series that require a RTC
