As requested by our customers, you can now buy from us this premium quality Retro Verse S-Video cable for the PAL N64 console.
The cable produces the best possible picture quality from a stock N64 console and is ideal for use with classic CRT TVs and of course the RetroTINK line of line doublers, as well as the Koryuu transcoder.
The cable length is 2 meters.
Compatibility
Please check carefully that your console is compatible. The customer is responsible for returning the cable if purchased in error.
This cable is only compatible with the black (Charcoal) PAL-EUR N64 consoles. It is also not compatible with a PAL-FRA console.
The following console motherboards are compatible:
NUS-CPU-P-01 (Charcoal)
NUS-CPU-P-02 (Funtastic and Charcoal)
The following console motherboards are incompatible:
NUS-CPU-P-03 (Pikachu and Funtastic)
NUS-CPU-R-01 (FRA)
If you have one of these NUS-CPU-(P)-03-X consoles, you can install this modification to restore S-video capability.

Purchased this cable as it was the only one I could find which has the correct red, white and S-video connections without the yellow wire. Extremely well made and top quality product which produces a fantastic images on my N64. If you are put off by the price, don’t be! This is not one of your other cheap cables you can find. You won’t be disappointed. Delivery to the UK took only 5 days which was also very reasonable. Thank you videogameperfection.

This is night and day compared to the composite cable the N64 comes bundled with. The image is very crisp and pleasant and it looks really great through my RetroTink 2X Pro.
