SCART to JP21 adapter

Since a number of folks asked for them, here’s a fully shielded adapter that converts from the SCART standard (common everywhere but Asia) to the JP21 standard (common in Asia). This cable allows you to use SCART cables on devices such as the XRGB series from Micomsoft.

These cables have been individually tested.
